• Philip Temperley
  Philip Temperley was born and brought up in Middleton and followed his father by joining the firm in 1972, becoming a partner in 1974. There has been a family connection with the firm since 1924.
  Philip specialises in probate and wills, including inheritance tax and tax planning. He is based in our Middleton Office.
• Fiona Murray
  Fiona has been with Temperley Taylor since 1996 and has been carrying out personal injury work since then.
  Fiona deals with a wide variety of cases from straight forward tripping and RTAs to complex employer liability cases.
• Lesley Curran
  Lesley Curran joined the firm from school in 1982 and has been with us ever since. Based in Middleton she undertakes all forms of residential property transactions and is a highly experienced and well regarded member of our conveyancing team.
• Nicola Finbow
  Nicola Finbow qualified as a Solicitor in January 2007 and has been with the firm since September 2007.
  Nicola works in our Middleton Office and specialises in wills, probate, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
  Nicola is a student member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practioners).
• Alan Cryne
  Alan Cryne has been a partner with the firm for the best part of 30 years. He is a Solicitor Advocate (High Court) and over the years has dealt with many high profile cases including cases in the Court of Appeal where he has appeared in person and the House of Lords. He has experience in all fields of family work but is particularly skilled in dealing with complex child care work involving serious injury/death. He works from both Manchester and Middleton offices.
• Rachel Early
  Rachel Early has been qualified since 1989 and has been with the firm for many years.
  She specialises in all aspects of family work particularly divorce/ancillary relief, private law contact and public child care proceedings. She acts for parents and Guardians and deals with all her own advocacy. She has been a member of the Children Panel for the last 8 years. She is also a member of Resolution and Child Concern.
• Maureen Young
  Maureen W Young is a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) and a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. Maureen is a residential conveyancer who specialises in the buy to let market and has a large client base of investors from around the UK.
• Ian Mann
  Ian Mann LL.B has been practising law for over 25 years and has been a partner with the firm since 1989. He specialises in Commercial, Commercial Property, financial issues arising on Divorce and Separation and Employment matters. He is a member of Rochdale Law Association and Board Member of Rochdale Law Centre.
• Karen Nuttall
  Karen Nuttall is a Fellow of The Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX). She commenced her training with Chadwick & Co of Rochdale in 1985 which firm amalgamated with Temperley Taylor in 1995 and has 25 years experience in conveyancing, probate, Wills and Powers of Attorney.
