We are seeking an experienced and motivated Probate Solicitor to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters, including:
- Obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Administering estates from start to conclusion
- Preparing inheritance tax documentation
- Advising executors, administrators, and beneficiaries
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney where required
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional client care
- Liaising with HMRC, financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualified Solicitor status with experience in Probate and Private Client work
- Strong knowledge of probate law, estate administration, and inheritance tax matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- A proactive and professional approach to work
