FAMILY LAW

Fiona qualified as a solicitor 25 years ago and has specialised in family law since then. Fiona undertakes all areas of family law including divorce, money cases and private children’s law disputes. Fiona has been a member of the Children Panel for over twelve years and represents both children and parents in many complex care cases.

Fiona also deals with a wide variety of personal injury cases from straight forward tripping and RTAs to complex employer liability cases.

Fiona is based in the Middleton office but is happy to meet clients at all our offices. 

Simon qualified as a solicitor over 20 years ago and has practised family law ever since. Working in Manchester since 2003, he specialises in children law. He regularly represents children and parents involved in complex care cases, as well as private law proceedings.

He is a member of the Children Panel and a committee member of Child Concern.

Debbie qualified as a solicitor nearly fifteen years ago and has specialised in family law since then. Debbie undertakes all areas of family law including divorce, money cases and private children cases when adults are unable to agree arrangements for their children.  Debbie has been a member of the Children’s panel for nearly ten years.

She has an interest in advising people who have social services involvement with their children, and regularly represents children, parents and family members in complex care proceedings.

Debbie is based at our Heywood office, but is flexible in terms of meeting clients at any of our three offices.

Sarah qualified as a solicitor over 10 years ago and specialises in children matters.

Sarah initially worked for a local authority but then moved to private practise. Sarah works out of Manchester office where she undertakes both private and public law proceedings including complex child care cases. 

Since joining Temperley Taylor , Sarah has represented parents, family members, children and local authorities. Whenever possible Sarah undertakes her own advocacy in proceedings to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for her clients. 

Sarah represents parents and family members in private children law proceedings where there are disputes concerning living and contact arrangements. 

In line with all our Family law solicitors Sarah is an accredited member of the Law Society's Childrens Panel.
